超声波自动探伤机运动控制设计原理

液压系统由油缸、电磁换向阀、行程开关、油箱、溢流阀等组成,每个油缸有两个行程开关,分别充当正/反向行程限位点输入,驱动电机及耦合液喷射电机由继电器控制启停。车轮探伤的运动过程如下:将待测车轮吊装至探伤机粗定位点,油缸工作,将车轮升至精确定位点即探伤位置;油缸2带动车轮驱动装置前进,使驱动轮与待检车轮踏面接触并开始驱动车轮转动,分别将内侧面探头组和踏面探头组送至探伤位置,喷淋装置开启,开始探伤;探伤结束后,喷淋装置停止,同时退回原位,油缸1下降至粗定位点,车轮调走。
